By attending this learning session, participants will:

  • Differentiate four options for Veterans to receive healthcare in the community;
  • Understand how Veterans become eligible for each option;
  • Describe the organization of the Veterans Choice Program (VCP) and Patient-Centered Community Care (PC3) Program;
  • Assist Veterans in navigating the VA Health Care System; and,
  • Identify VA and contractor points of contact for facilitating access to services.
