Monthly Dinner Registration: CMSA AZ does not give refunds for monthly dinner cancellations, we will provide credit for a future dinner meeting registration up to one week prior to the event of the same value or you may send a substitute to the event. You must notify CMSA AZ with the name of the substitute via email at [email protected].
Annual Conference Registration: CMSA AZ will give a full refund up to one month prior to the annual conference. You may send a substitute to the event. You must notify CMSA AZ with the name of the substitute via email at [email protected].
