A panel of Case Manager’s in the community will review and judge each essay.  Your essay will be judged on the content, quality of writing and overall presentation.  After all the essays have been reviewed two will be presented a $500.00 scholarship.

CMSA/AZ is the Central Arizona Chapter of the Case Management Society of America.  CMSA is an international, non-profit multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary society of case management and allied healthcare professionals.  Our mission is to Promote the Growth & Value of Case Management and to Support the Evolving Needs of the Case Management Professional.

CMSA/AZ is committed in assisting the education and promotion of Case Management.  Two candidates will receive a $500.00 scholarship.  The scholarship recognizes case managers and students who represent the philopshy of case management and the sense of community.

• If you are a case manager, you must be registered for the CCM exam.

• If you are a student, you must be registered in an accredited program.

• You must be interested in the field of Case Management.

• You must complete the application.

• And finally you must complete a 200 word typed essay titled- What Case Management Means to Me.

• Please print clearly and neatly.

• Applications and Essays must be received together.
